The Scientific Library was founded in 1921. Today it is a modern educational and scientific information center. The scientific library provides access to:

- educational, scientific, fiction, rare publications, including the ones in foreign languages and the original languages;

- electronic databases of world and library resources;

- electronic catalog;

- institutional repository.

At the service of readers are:

- the lending department of literature in foreign languages

- reading room of literature in foreign languages

- common reading room

- electronic information center

- rooms for individual work

- coworking center

- Wi-Fi zone covering the entire library space
